TERMS OF SERVICE

General terms

• Commission becomes obligatory at the moment I accept and start working on the commission.
• I have the right to cancel and refund the commission for any reason.
• The signature is included and must not be removed.

Process

Sketch

• I will start on the commission once at least 50% of the amount is paid.
• I will send you one or several sketches. You have a chance to propose changes and approve the sketch.
• Once the sketch is approved, no more major changes can be applied for free.

Main painting process

• In this phase, I will start to render and detail the artwork.
• You will receive several updates of the work to approve everything is going in the right direction.

Delivery

• Once the artwork is finished and approved, you will receive a full-resolution image.

Specification

• 300 DPI
• Files: JPG, PNG, TIFF
• Resolution: Class paper formats (A4, A3)

Payment

• I accept payment via Paypal or bank transfer in EUR, USD or CZK currency.
• Full payment upfront or 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery.
• No refunds on the finished artwork.
• You can not cancel the commission once I started to work on it.
• Do not send any payment before the commission is accepted.

Copyright

• I retain the full copyright of the commissioned artwork.
• I retain the right to upload the finished artwork in my portfolio and use it for any products.

Usage

• You can use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. (Commercial purposes are solved individually)
• You can upload the artwork on any media platforms.
• You can print the artwork as long as you are not selling it.
• You cannot claim the artwork as your own.
